Two modular belt conveyors transporting food jar caps from the inclined conveyor to the level conveyor and passing under a de-ionising bar before being counted by a sensor into the waiting box which when full will automatically index onto the next conveyor and be replaced with an empty box
One of 12 Modular de-boning conveyors , fitted with cut resistant belting and side bars, the white stripes assist the operators when placing the product on the conveyor. the fully de-boned product runs to end of the conveyor and passes to the next conveor and on to the next process.
Slat Replacement Modular Belt Conveyor, the existing slat band conveyor, remains and only the slat band chain itself being replaced with our specially designed side flexing modular belting designed to fit the Slat band system. with minimal disruption and modifications to the drive and tail units.
